9 am to 11 pm, seven days a week.

Do you close for any holidays?

We are open 363 days of the year. We only close Christmas Day (December 25) and New Years Day (January 1).

However, we do have adjusted hours on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day, to allow for our awesome team members to enjoy some time with their families over the holidays. 

Adjusted Hours: 

December 24: 9am-7pm

December 25: closed

December 26: 11am-7pm

I am planning an event, can you help?

Absolutely! We have a certified sommelier on staff who also has many years of experience in event planning. We can assist you with everything from product selection, to food and drink pairing ideas. We will even deliver it or ship it to your door! Click here for more information. 

We also offer 10% off cases of wine, spirits, and bombers, and free delivery for orders over $200. Contact us for more information. 

What currencies do you accept?

Great question! While we love and welcome people from all parts of the world both online and in-store, we advertise our prices in Canadian dollars (CAD) on the web-store, and accept Mastercard, VISA, AMEX and Debit. 

In-store we accept CAD, USD, Mastercard, VISA, AMEX and Debit. 

What is your return policy?

We accept all unopened returns with a receipt, within 30 days of purchase.

If it is a specially ordered product (special for you!), we, unfortunately, are unable to offer a refund. Exceptions will be made for products that we regularly carry in-store or online. 

While we don't see it often, sometimes a wine or beer can be a little too funky - if this is the case, please see us in-store with the product and your receipt, and we will do our best to help you out. 

Delivery

Will ID be required with delivery?

Yes, Public Liquor will only deliver to persons aged 19 years of age or older, and who are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Valid photo ID with proof of age, and a second piece of government-issued ID will be required upon delivery.

If guest does not have valid ID upon delivery, all products will be returned to Public Liquor. Guest will receive a full refund for purchase, less delivery fee and 10% restocking fee. 

How long will it take to receive my delivery?

We currently offer Next Day delivery services at Public Liquor. Your order will be delivered by 6 p.m. the day after you place your order. Delivery costs $5 for orders within our immediate radius and $10 for orders outside our immediate radius.

Where do you deliver?

Public Liquor offers delivery to both homes and businesses. We are happy to drop off that custom order for your holiday party, or a few bottles of wine for the weekend. We offer delivery to anyone in the Lower Mission, Downtown Kelowna, Central Kelowna, and Glenmore. Please note that we do not deliver to West Kelowna.
